Use AI to prepare for objections before the call, not during it

The worst time to think about how to handle an objection is when the prospect is saying it. By then, you're in reactive mode and the quality of your response will almost always be lower than what you could produce with 5 minutes of preparation.

The pre-call objection prep prompt

"You are a senior AE with 10 years of experience selling [YOUR SOLUTION] to [INDUSTRY]. I'm meeting with a [TITLE] at a [COMPANY SIZE] company tomorrow. What are the 5 objections I'm most likely to hear in this meeting? For each, give me: the exact objection, the real concern underneath it, and a one-sentence response strategy."

Go deeper on the ones that matter

"Write a full response to the objection '[MOST LIKELY OBJECTION]'. Structure: (1) Acknowledge, (2) Reframe, (3) Evidence, (4) Forward question. Under 150 words. Confident but not defensive."

Build your proof point library

"For the objection '[OBJECTION]', what's the most effective customer story structure? Give me the situation, problem, action, and result format with placeholders for specific customer data."

The rule

Run this 10 minutes before every significant call. After 30 days, you'll have a complete objection playbook covering every scenario you actually face — each one refined by real calls.
