RFP Response Generation Workflow

What this workflow produces: A complete RFP response with executive summary, technical answers, and differentiating narrative.

1. Step 1 — Analyze the RFP structure

   Paste the full RFP into Claude. Ask it to categorize requirements: mandatory, scored criteria, pass/fail elements.

2. Step 2 — Generate section responses

   Run the RFP Response prompt section by section. Upload supporting documentation to Claude Knowledge for grounding.

3. Step 3 — Write the executive summary

   With all sections drafted, generate an executive summary that leads with outcomes and differentiators, not features.

4. Step 4 — Review and submit

   Review full response for compliance, accuracy, and narrative flow. Submit or export.
