Pipeline Velocity & Health Report Workflow

What this workflow produces: A weekly pipeline velocity and deal health report for managers.

1. Step 1 — Pull pipeline velocity data

   Export: deals by stage, days in stage, average cycle time by stage, deals advanced this week vs. prior week.

2. Step 2 — Run the Pipeline Velocity prompt

   Paste data into the Pipeline Velocity Health prompt. Output: velocity bottlenecks, stage conversion analysis, forecast confidence score.

3. Step 3 — Identify intervention points

   Note which stages are creating bottlenecks and which reps need coaching on specific stages.

4. Step 4 — Distribute or use in team meeting

   Share the velocity report with the team or use it to structure the weekly pipeline meeting.
