Reply Classification and Routing

What this task does

The morning after a send day, your inbox is a mix of gold and noise. This task classifies every reply from your sequences, drafts the follow-up for interested and objection replies, sets a revisit date for not-nows, and flags referrals with a draft to the referred person.

Set up once

  1. Connect Gmail or export campaign replies into replies/.
  2. Keep your objection responses file current — drafts get grounded in it.
  3. Run every morning during active campaigns.

The task brief

Paste this into Claude Cowork:

Classify each reply in [FILL IN: folder/label] as: interested, objection (name it), not-now, referral, or unsubscribe. For interested: draft a scheduling reply with two time options. For objections: draft a response using our objection library. For referrals: draft the intro email to the referred person. For not-nows: propose a revisit date and one-line reason. Output a routing table plus all drafts.

What you get back

  • A routing table covering 100% of replies
  • Grounded drafts for every reply that deserves one
  • A not-now revisit list with dates

Guardrails

  • Honor unsubscribes immediately and permanently.
  • You review and send every draft.
